Requirements

• Maryland RN License (or other Nurse Licensure Compact state).
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN required.
• Certification in area of specialty.
• 3-5 years of specialty area RN experience.
• 1+ year of specialty area Charge RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Inpatient Oncology Unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Lead and support nursing staff in the unit.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
