About The Position

PeaceHealth is seeking a RN Team Lead - Emergency Department for a Full Time, 0.90 FTE, Night position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $41.50 - $76.86. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. Nestled in picturesque Sedro-Woolley, PeaceHealth United General Medical Center is a 25-bed critical access hospital, covering an expansive territory of over 2,000 square miles in Skagit and Wha counties. You'll find our refreshingly small hospital 25 bed hospital with a 10 bed Emergency Department, a breath of fresh air.

Requirements

• Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a registered nurse
• Registered Nurse in the state which nurse will be practicing
• Upon Hire Basic Life Support
• ENPC, PALS and TNCC certifications

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs.
• Documents patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
• Directs and delegates care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
• Ensures own professional effectiveness through education and professional development.
• Participates in the development of and maintains established hospital policies, procedures and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection prevention program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
