About The Position
The Team Coordinator is a registered nurse (RN), who works in the best interest of Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Fort Worth (BSWSHFW) and accepts additional responsibility to support the Mission, Vision and Values of BSWSHFW. The Team Coordinator is responsible for the smooth and efficient patient flow within the department and throughout the facility. Delegates assignments and provides supervision for the support staff in accordance with their level of training and the patient’s acuity. Works, in cooperation with all members of the health care team to ensure the quality of patient care.
