As an RN, you'll be a vital part of our team, utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care for diverse surgical patients. You'll champion patient recovery, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to a supportive learning environment. What You'll Do: Provide holistic care for pre- and post-operative surgical patients. Collaborate with surgeons and specialists for optimal outcomes. Model best practices and uphold high clinical standards.
Requirements
- Strong clinical skills in surgical care.
- Organizational and crisis management abilities.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state.
- At least two (2) years clinical experience within specialty area preferred.
