About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position in Surgery is a full-time role located at Corona Regional Medical Center (CRMC) in Corona, CA. This position offers a Sign Bonus. The hospital, established in 1965, has evolved to meet the needs of a growing community and is now a 259-bed community hospital network. The RN will report to the Director of Surgical Services and/or Assistant Director and Charge Nurse, with responsibilities including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation of surgical patients. The RN is responsible for the nursing care of patients and for maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes, including supervision of all categories of nursing personnel.

Requirements

• Current California RN License required.
• Current B.L.S. (CPR) certificate required through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Current A.C.L.S. certificate required through the AHA.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation of surgical patients.
• Overall responsibility for the nursing care of patients.
• Maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes.
• Supervision of all categories of nursing personnel.
