Cedar Community is seeking a full-time RN Charge Nurse/Supervisor for the NOC shift from 10:30 PM to 06:30 AM. This role offers great shift differentials, allowing you to earn more for working nights and weekends. Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
• Valid RN License in the State of Wisconsin (or equivalent licensure)
• CPR Certification
• Strong Leadership & Organizational Skills
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment While Prioritizing Resident Care

Responsibilities

• Lead & Oversee Nursing Staff - Assign CNA duties based on staffing and resident needs to ensure high-quality care.
• Deliver Compassionate & Skilled Nursing Care - Provide expert medical care while fostering a supportive, home-like environment.
• Manage Unit Operations - Ensure smooth daily functions for residents ranging from 14 to 65 individuals, depending on household and shift assignment.
• Maintain Nursing Standards - Uphold Cedar Community policies and best practices for resident care.
