About The Position
White Oak Kings Mountain is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor with strong leadership skills to guide staff and provide excellent patient care and customer service to residents and families. This position includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus, paid in four equal installments during the first year of employment. White Oak Kings Mountain is a 154-bed skilled long-term care and short-term rehabilitation facility located in Kings Mountain, NC. The role involves assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) in assessing resident care needs and implementing appropriate action, as well as ensuring employee adherence to company rules and policies. Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing in the state of NC with the Board of Nursing
