Requirements
- Active PA Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee skilled care unit operations and ensure high-quality resident care during assigned shifts
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing team members, including performance appraisals and improvement plans
- Ensure unit compliance with facility policies, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with Nursing Leadership to maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Identify staff training needs and partner with the Supportive Living Educator to deliver education programs
- Serve as a trusted resource for residents and their families regarding nursing-related concerns
