About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring and performance evaluations
• Monitor patient care quality and safety, addressing any issues promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to healthcare regulations and hospital policies
• Participate in staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs
• Facilitate ongoing staff education and training programs
