You will collaborate closely with the Practice Manager to lead a dedicated team of support staff in a busy environment that serves approximately 100 patients daily. Position Overview: Employment Type: Full-time, fully onsite Shift Schedule: Flexible hours with options for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, weekend rotation based on staffing requirements Urgent Care Operating Hours: Open 7 days a week, totaling 80 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include the coordination of competent, evidence-based care along the care continuum, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position may provide leadership, management, and oversight of nursing practice, clinical care delivery, and provide personnel management to assigned clinical staff. This position provides assistance with problem-solving; ensures adequate staffing and material resources are available to support patient care and efficient clinic operations. The nurse adheres to the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.
