About The Job: Privatus currently has an opportunity for a full-time Nurse Supervisor in our Westchester territory. The Privatus Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the services provided to our clients. From establishing an initial care plan, making frequent visits to the client, supervising our caregivers, and maintaining required documentation. Most importantly, the supervisor develops trusting relationships, creating experiences that ‘WOW’ our clients and caregivers alike. Rather than traditional nursing roles that are task focused, the Privatus Nurse Supervisor embraces holistic care and supports lifestyle and personal preferences whenever possible. Instead of rushing from one client to the next, you can finally take the time necessary to build relationships and pay attention to the little things that matter most.
Requirements
- Current NYS RN license
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Valid Basic Life Support Card
- A minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two in an acute care setting
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home care and/or private care preferred
