RN Supervisor

Givens Aldersgate is looking for an RN Supervisor who will manage day-to-day operations of Asbury Health & Rehabilitation center. In this role, you will support and/or provide in-service staff development needs.
Requirements
- Valid RN license.
- 3 + years of experience as an RN.
- 1 + year of management experience.
Responsibilities
- Interview, select, hire, train, coach, counsel and discharge employees in accordance with company policy and procedure.
- Supervise all activities of licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel in the delivery of safe and therapeutic care.
- Maintain appropriate levels of care.
- Supervise implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Communicate with residents, families, and other departments regularly to resolve resident concerns and issues.
- Plan for patient care based upon assessment of patients along with medical plan of treatment.
- Coordinate and implement training needs to staff.
- Remain current on nursing techniques and advances.
