About The Position
The Senior Company is seeking a Nurses to join our team! We are a dual accredited, private home care company.
Requirements
- Valid and active RN License in the state of New Jersey
- Valid Driver’s License
- Home care experience is preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Home care experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop care plans for each client and update care plans as needed
- Conduct initial assessments and start of care admissions
- Perform re-assessments and supervisory visits.
- Able to supervisor and guide CHHA’s through the care plan
- Maintain all documents needed to be in compliance with CAHC standards
- Must have great communication both written and verbally
- Perform HHA Education 1-3 times per week for newly hired caregivers.
