Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate clinical services to ensure high-quality resident care
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff
Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
