Our Registered Nurse Supervisor is a dynamic individual who can lead a team in the care that helps enhance the lives of our residence. Requirements

• Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program.
• 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care/long term care setting is preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of PA
• Ability to work with a team.
• Ability to adjust to changing conditions and situations.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility to ensure the provision of nursing care to the facilities residents.
• Ensure adherence to DOH regulations and guidelines.
• Provides direct resident care as needed.
• Direct and supervise the day-to-day function of the nursing staff.
• Manage the flow of care.
• Attend nursing leadership meetings.
• All other duties as assigned.
