Your day to day as a RN Supervisor As an RN Supervisor at Crandall Medical Center in Sebring, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff on a day-to-day basis. Your role will involve working closely with doctors, solving problems, ensuring excellence in patient care, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and safety. Some duties include admissions, discharges, administering medications, IV therapy, tube feedings and communication with families/medical team, handling emergencies. You will need to demonstrate empathy and customer-centricity in all interactions with residents and their families.
