Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for strong, compassionate RN Supervisors to join our leadership team! We have one AM shift and one PM shift available, offering a great opportunity to step into a key role where your clinical expertise and leadership truly make a difference. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Originally founded in 2013, the organization now consists of hundreds of independent operating subsidiaries, as well as ancillary and support services. Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred
- Strong clinical and organizational skills
- Ability to lead with confidence, compassion, and accountability
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff
- Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes
- Mentor and guide staff to maintain a positive, team-focused environment
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and care planning
