Requirements

Active RN License in the state of Pennsylvania.
3+ years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in gerontology highly preferred.
CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
Proven leadership or charge nurse experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to embrace new technology.
The compassion, patience, and discretion this important role demands.

Responsibilities

Champion Quality Care: Oversee all clinical aspects of the shift, ensuring every resident receives safe, compassionate, and top-notch nursing care. You'll assist staff with assessments and complex cases, leading by example.
Lead with Confidence: Make critical decisions, manage staffing and resources effectively, and step in as a staff nurse when the team needs you most.
Build a Thriving Culture: Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both residents and staff. You’ll be the bridge between the day and night teams.
