Requirements

Must be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN program
Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence
Must have current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Is responsible for the oversight of residents and team members on the Health Care Center.
Collaborates with charge nurses and other health professionals in planning health care regimens and delegates nursing intervention as appropriate.
Provides clinical supervision of nursing care delivery and responds to emergencies on the Health Care Center and throughout the community.
Conducts rounds to clinical areas to determine conformity to standards of resident care, adherence to Goodwin Living policy and objectives, as well as state and federal regulations.
