About The Position

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in NYS.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Ability to manage and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of resident care.
- Monitor resident care plans, medication administration, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being and facility goals.
- Address and resolve clinical and staffing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and oversee compliance with documentation standards.
