Requirements

• Licensed RN in Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care or leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nursing teams to deliver exceptional resident care
• Conduct unit rounds and review records to maintain compliance and quality
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning
• Manage staffing and support new quality improvement projects
