RN Supervisor

About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on a PRN basis in Edgerton, OH. The RN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
• Ensure that all patient care plans are being followed and implemented correctly
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff as needed
• Assist with training and orientation of new staff members
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to all regulations and policies to maintain a safe and effective work environment

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
• Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of nursing best practices and regulations
• Basic computer skills
