About The Position

The RN Supervisor at Meadows at Brookmeade plays a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within the facility. This position is responsible for coordinating nursing activities, managing staff schedules, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. The RN Supervisor acts as a clinical leader, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing personnel to promote professional development and optimal patient outcomes. We are seeking Per Diem and Part Time Weekends Day Shift (7 AM-3 PM).

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinical documentation software.
• Experience in quality improvement and staff development initiatives.
• Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
• Monitor patient care plans and clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, safety standards, and organizational policies.
• Respond promptly to patient and family concerns, facilitating communication and resolution.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs.

Benefits

• New Weekend Shift Differentials
• Base pay + $8.50 shift differential for Friday, Saturday & Sunday 3PM-11PM = $49.50/hr
• Base pay + $10.25 shift differential for Friday, Saturday & Sunday 11 PM - 7 AM = $51.25/hr
• Base pay + $8.50 shift differential for Saturday & Sunday 7AM-3PM = $49.50/hr
