About The Position
RN Supervisor - Weekends (LPN Considered) Golden Years Homestead $37.91$43.06/hr base pay + 1/2 time pay every weekend! You will make $56.89-64.59 for every hour worked from Friday at 3pm to Monday at 7am! Stay for one year and earn a $10,000 sign-on bonus! Golden Years Homestead is hiring a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living teams. While this role is RN focused , we will consider experienced LPNs who are strong leaders and passionate about senior care. Requirements
- Active Indiana RN license (preferred) - LPNs with strong experience will be considered
- Long-term care or assisted living experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- EMR and care planning experience
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical care
- Ensure compliance with care plans and regulations
- Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Communicate with physicians, families, and care teams
- Provide direct nursing care as needed
- Support EMR documentation and quality initiatives
