Requirements

• State licensure and/or professional certification requirement/s dependent on position.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.

Responsibilities

• First level management, typically supervising one or more areas of a department.
• Supervises two or more professional and/or support staff at work as well as their day-to-day activities.
• Coordinates the business aspects of a department including strategy, project management, budget planning and oversight, and financial operations.
