The Clinical Supervisor directs the coordination of home health care for a defined geographical region assuring patient needs are met by scheduling, supervising, directing and evaluating a mixed discipline home health staff. This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.
