About The Position

We are offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for this position. Requirements
- A current State of Florida RN license in good standing.
- Proven experience in Home Care settings (required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect.
Nice To Haves
- At least one (1) year of supervisory experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Supervising and mentoring caregivers to promote best practices and compassionate service.
- Developing and overseeing individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Ensuring compliance with all established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
