About The Position

Are you a Registered Nurse looking to grow into leadership while continuing to make a hands-on impact with patients and families? We are seeking an RN Nurse Manager to join our Adult & Pediatric Nursing team in Elmsford, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN with strong clinical skills and a heart for mentoring others who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

Requirements

• RN license in NY (required)
• 2+ years of nursing experience (home care or pediatrics a plus)
• Trach/vent experience- or a strong interest in learning
• A natural leader who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and problem-solving
• Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits with flexibility to do virtual visits after 6 (six) months of employment
• Able to travel to Westchester, Orange, and Rockland County

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor RNs, LPNs, and home health staff
• Provide clinical guidance for complex cases and emergencies
• Complete initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Conduct supervisory visits to make sure care is safe, effective, and family-centered
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, schools, and families
• Partner with our intake and scheduling teams for smooth transitions of care
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing new nursing staff
• Promote best practices in infection control, medication safety, and patient education
