About The Position

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure compliance with clinical care standards.
• Verify the skills of licensed caregivers during onboarding and annually as needed.
• Participate in patient care conferences and support clinic work plans.
• Manage human resources and operational practices within the clinic.
• Serve as the point of contact for patient complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with physicians and caregivers through regular meetings.
• Facilitate clinic staff meetings and problem-solving sessions with medical staff leaders.
• Create a healing environment that respects the individual and enhances patient care experiences.
• Develop a culturally competent team to provide appropriate care to diverse patient backgrounds.
• Hire, coach, and monitor the performance of direct reports to maintain a high-performance team.
• Ensure compliance and safety requirements are met by all direct reports.
• Implement organizational safety directives and goals.
• Deliver customer service that promotes goodwill and efficiency.
• Support the organization's vision, mission, and values in all activities.
• Champion continuous improvement principles and maintain a safe environment for all.
