Job Summary and Responsibilities As the RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations and clinical oversight of the clinic. You will lead and mentor a team of registered nurses and support staff, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

Requirements

• This position requires current licensure as a registered nurse plus one years' increasingly responsible health careoperations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resourcesrequired.
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening skills andconflict mediation ability.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and build effective teams also required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred.
• Current RN Supervisory experience and or Charge RN experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and mentoring registered nurses and support staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Ensuring optimal patient flow and efficient utilization of resources to meet the demand for services.
• Addressing patient care or service problems promptly and effectively.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitoring and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Managing staffing schedules and ensuring adequate coverage to meet patient needs.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve the efficiency of the center.
