About The Position

The RN Supervisor for the AH Mercy Operating Room is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the operating room, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. This part-time position requires working weekend days with on-call responsibilities. The RN Supervisor will collaborate with surgical teams, manage staff schedules, and ensure compliance with health regulations. The role also includes mentoring and training nursing staff, as well as participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a surgical setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call.

• Certification in perioperative nursing.
