Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for delivering compassionate care and enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
• Coordinate admissions and facilitate the transition process for new residents.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet residents' needs.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to nursing staff to maintain compliance with regulations and uphold best practices.
• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and personalized care.
