About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) - Subacute position is a full-time, NOC shift role located at Corona Rehabilitation Hospital in Corona, CA. The hospital, part of the Corona Regional Medical Center network, has a rich history dating back to 1965 and now operates as a 238-bed community hospital network. The RN will report to the Director and/or Nurse Manager of Sub-acute Nursing and will be responsible for the assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation of patients' treatment plans. The RN will also provide education for patients' and residents' families, ensuring the highest quality of care in accordance with Sub-acute standards and Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

  • Current California RN license required.
  • Current BCLS (CPR) certification required through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Document all aspects of patient care and treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with Sub-acute standards and hospital policies.
