As an RN on our team, you’ll provide direct care to our diverse patient population. When a patient needs ongoing care, subacute care steps in. Community Subacute & Transitional Care Center is a 106-bed facility providing inpatient care for chronic, subacute conditions such as coma or other complex illness that require 24-hour medical supervision. Patients whose care requires ventilator, respiratory, wound, IV, hospice, rehabilitation services and/or general nursing can receive treatment that’s consistent with an acute care center’s effectiveness while in a comfortable long-term care setting.

Requirements

  • Graduate of approved nursing program required
  • Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required
  • RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
