About The Position
The Structural Heart Coordinator (SHC) is responsible for daily operations of the structural heart program. They work with stakeholders in the development, evaluation and implementation of evidenced based practice processes that drive quality outcomes with various structural heart procedures. The SHC is responsible for collaborating with procedural areas, inpatient units, anesthesia, and appropriate personnel in scheduling of structural heart procedures. This position utilizes appropriate clinical competency to determine cardiovascular disease program follow-up and continuity of care in collaboration with the health care team.
