The RN Strategic Program Coordinator provides leadership in clinical practice, acts as a clinical resource to nurses, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary team providing care to the identified patient population. The Strategic Program Coordinator participates in the implementation of clinical projects related to the Centers of Excellence service line and collaborates with nursing and medical staff to ensure program standards are met. Complies with the Memorial Health Compliance Program, related policies and procedures, and the Code of Business Practices; reports instances of perceived and actual non-compliance to Team Leader or through other reporting mechanisms.

  • Participate in the implementation of clinical projects related to the Centers of Excellence service line.
  • Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure program standards are met.
  • Comply with the Memorial Health Compliance Program and related policies.
  • Report instances of perceived and actual non-compliance.
  • Registered Nurse in Georgia or multi-state compact license required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Center of Excellence service line OR 5 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting required.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with staff development and data management required.
