When the halls are still and the world is resting, you are the one making sure our patients feel safe, seen, and cared for. We're looking for a Registered Nurse who thrives at night and shines in the evening hours to join our inpatient care team full-time. RiverView Health has an opening for a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our Hospital-Inpatient Unit (IPU). This position will cover the in-patient unit shifts between 6pm-6am. Direct Patient Care - Develops and implements care plans based on patient condition and medical protocols. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician. Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise. Documentation and Reporting - Accurately document patient care and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR). Communication and Collaboration - Communicate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members. Provide patient education on care plans, discharge instructions, and medications. Patient Advocacy and Safety - Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately.
