Requirements

Current RN license North Carolina
Licensed RN in North Carolina
2+ years supervisory or administrative experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Strong assessment, documentation, and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

Orientation facilitator and ongoing staff education
Plan and conduct staff orientation and in-service training, monthly
Maintain education and health screening records of facility staff
Complete and maintain health screenings and vaccination records for all facility staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory and infection control standards
Maintain and facilitate compliant Education for all staff, monthly
Promote staff growth, competency and quality care
