RN Staff Development Coordinator (15K Sign-On)
About The Position
White Oak of Tryon is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse to join our family as a Restorative RN / Staff Development Coordinator (SDC). If you’re passionate about education, leadership, and resident-centered care, this could be the perfect next step in your nursing career! As our Staff Development Coordinator, you will: Assist with training and education of staff Coordinate new employee orientation Support initiatives related to resident and staff needs Provide direct, personal nursing care as needed Serve as a leader and resource for clinical excellence The ideal candidate is flexible, innovative, and excels in: Communication & leadership Critical thinking & problem-solving Organization & customer service Building professional relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and vendors
Requirements
- Current NC RN license in good standing
- Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local LTC regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate
Nice To Haves
- LTC nursing supervision experience preferred (but not required)
