About The Position
The Professional Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of all assigned patients. This role requires comprehensive documentation of patient care and adherence to established Southside Hospital Standards of Care. The nurse will perform various duties including patient assessment, care planning, implementation of care, evaluation of patient progress, and thorough documentation of all nursing activities.
