MGA Homecare is looking for dedicated nurses to join our team, which consists of healthcare professionals who are partners in care. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible shifts of 8, 10, and 12 hours. New graduates are welcome to apply, and we have day and night shifts available. Our mission is to make a significant impact in the community by providing holistic care in patients' homes, educating families on best care practices, and serving diverse patient populations. Home nursing allows for autonomy and independence, giving nurses the opportunity to innovate and customize their career paths.

  • Treatment of infants, children, adolescents, or young adults according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
  • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care.
  • Educate the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs.
  • Active Nursing License in good standing (required).
  • Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred).
  • Home health experience (preferred).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Good organization and effective communication.
