Provides and coordinates direct care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) and Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) utilizing the nursing process. Is responsible for appropriately managing care of assigned patients who present with a life-threatening illness and/or disease. Demonstrates professional growth and development.
