About The Position

The Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) position at Baylor Scott & White Health is a 13-week contract role focused on providing high-quality patient care during night shifts. The RN will manage patient care, evaluate needs, create and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and their families.

Requirements

• A degree from an accredited nursing program.
• A minimum of one year RN experience in the field of nursing.
• A valid Registered Nurse license.
• The ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.

• Manage emotional and physical pain to promote recovery and prevent unnecessary suffering.
