This position will support various Saint Alphonsus Medical Group Clinics (SAMG) across the Treasure Valley. Schedules will vary based on clinic location and need - Ex of weekly schedules; 5 8 hr shifts, 4 10 hr shfits, 3 12 hr shifts. POSITION SUMMARY & HIGHLIGHTS: As an RN in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information.

Requirements

• Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
• Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
• All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
• An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE

Nice To Haves

• Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
