The IV Account Liaison serves as both a clinical expert and relationship builder, bridging the gap between Pediatric Home Service (PHS) and referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in the Rochester/Mayo area. This unique role blends high-quality patient care with strategic business development, ensuring smooth communication, excellent service delivery, and positive outcomes for patients receiving home infusion therapy. You will assess and care for patients, educate families and caregivers, and serve as the primary point of contact for providers and facilities.
