We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. Enterprise Pool 1: Base rate + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials 1 facility - preferred location/closest to home At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area 12 months of experience in unit type/specialty area Unit Type/Specialty Areas: NICU/Pediatrics
Requirements
- RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
- BLS from the American Heart Association required
- Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
Responsibilities

- PRN: +15% PRN Differential - Not eligible for benefits
- Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility
