There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
Whether you are just graduating from nursing school or bringing years of experience in a different specialty to a new position at Cleveland Clinic, you will benefit from our residency program. Throughout your residency, you will work with our Success Coach team of dedicated nursing professional development specialists to build off those experiences. They will be always available to you - in person, virtually and through email - to answer questions and help you grow as a caregiver. In our post-surgical care floor, patients are coming from the OR (Operating Room) or ICU (Intensive Care Unit) to continue to stabilize prior to discharge. Our patients have been seen for endocrine, orthopedic, renal, or gastro surgeries. With dedicated support staff including PCNAs (Patient Care Nurse Assistant) and LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse), we average patient ratios for RNs (Registered Nurses) of 1:5-6. A Registered Nurse Resident will become a part of our family and experience one of the most inclusive, well-rounded, and prosperous training programs. You will work alongside seasoned nurses who are eager to educate and coach new graduates. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to build a life-long career at a hospital that prioritizes career growth, learning opportunities, and employee wellness. This opportunity also offers tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment options, relocation assistance, and convenient parking. At Cleveland Clinic, we know what matters most. That's why we treat our caregivers as if they are our own family, and we are always creating ways to be there for you. Here, you'll find that we offer: resources to learn and grow, a fulfilling career for everyone, and comprehensive benefits that invest in your health, your physical and mental well-being and your future.
