About The Position

As our NNRP Residency Program , you will function as a direct clinical care registered nurse, developing essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors as you transition into practice. You are expected to achieve appropriate competency across all core and functional areas. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire
  • Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 9 - months

Responsibilities

  • Performs complete patient assessment.
  • Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources.
  • Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results.
  • Performs ongoing assessment according to unit policy.
  • Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy
