You are eligible to start as a Nurse Extern II during your final semester and transition right into an RN position once you become license pending! Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
  • Must graduate by Winter 2025.
  • License pending designation in Illinois is required.
  • Obtaining licensure within 90 days from the official date of passing the licensure exam is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Previous healthcare or service industry experience is preferred.
