About The Position

As a Renal Vascular RN , you will provide safe and compassionate nursing care to adult patients with renal and vascular conditions in a high-acuity setting. This role is integral to the multidisciplinary care team and demands strong time management, patient advocacy, and clinical competency. The average nurse-to-patient ratio is 7:1.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Med-Surg, Med-Tele, IMU, or PCU)
• Active RN license in Florida or compact/multistate license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of hire
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)
• Candidates must live within a 60-minute commute of the facility

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients in renal and vascular units
• Conduct assessments, administer treatments, and ensure patient safety
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and procedures
